Poudre River Public Library Summer Reading Challenge
The Summer Reading Challenge is a fun way to stay engaged in reading and learning throughout the summer.
Also this year STREAM On! (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, Math). Kids who do one activity in each STREAM category will be entered up to six times in the special drawing for prizes at the end of the summer. Activity suggestions are listed in the reading logs and in individual and family online summer accounts.
Barnes and Noble Summer Reading Triathlon
This year the Barnes and Noble summer reading program, Summer Reading Triathlon, gives out a free book to each child who complete 8 reading triathlon activities.
There are many free books to choose from and there's something for every kid in grades 1-6.
Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge
Scholastic has a summer reading challenge where kids read and then go online to record the minutes they've read this summer. They'll also be able to take weekly challenges to earn rewards.
This summer reading programs runs May 9 - September 9, 2016.

These lists are full of book titles to keep children engaged in reading throughout the summer. Four Summer Reading book lists are available for Birth-Preschool, K-2nd, 3rd- 5th and 6th-8th grade students.
